Our golf program encompasses the below options:


We deliver a holistic approach to golf development. Your initial consultation will include a golf specific screening/assessment encompassing the required physical components of the golf swing. These results will give an indication of how your body moves in relation to golf specific flexibility, lower body strength, trunk strength and upper body strength. This will then allow us to develop a structured program which will aim to improve your weaknesses and consolidate your strengths.
The results are explained to you in a through and understandable manner.

Program Development

Our main priority of any program is injury prevention and sustainability. Any asymmetries in the golf swing can often lead to chronic overloading of tissues within the body. This will direct our program and any required sports specific development will follow.
It will also include any 'prehabilitation' to prevent any future coming golfing injuries such as wrists and lower backs.

One on one training

If you’re new to the gym or even exercise.
If you're looking to take your game to another level, we offer 1-on-1 training. This will allow for correct implementation of your exercise needs and excellent progression and adherence to the program. In these sessions, your physiotherapist or strength coach is able to progress or regress exercises on the spot enabling better and faster gains.

Communication with coaches

We understand working with individuals also means working with their coaches and relevant stakehoders. Our staff have fantastic working relationships with various coaches all over south east QLD. We often meet with and are happy to communicate with coaches regarding a player's injury or goals. This holistic approach is what makes us different and why our athletes have greaser success in achieving their goals.
