Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC’s)
An EPC allows people with chronic injuries to access professional services to assist with the management of their condition with the benefits of a Medicare rebate. The Medicare rebate is deducted from the consult treatment costs listed above and the remainder of the consult fee is paid by the patient.
To be eligible to receive the Medicare rebate you need a referral from your GP. You must bring your GP referral for EPC treatment to your appointment or ask your GP to fax or email your referral to us:
