Your race nutrition plan provides a clear, step-by-step guide for the week leading into your event and race day itself. It takes into consideration your event demands, training history, personal goals, race duration, intensity, fuelling experience, gastrointestinal tolerance, and practical logistics to develop a strategy that works specifically for you.

Together, we'll map out your carbohydrate preparation, hydration strategy, pre-race meals, race-day fuelling schedule, and recovery nutrition. You'll know exactly what to eat and drink in the days before your event, what to consume during your race, and how to support recovery afterwards.

A successful race nutrition strategy is not about copying what professional athletes do or following generic recommendations.
